The flag is found in the belfry of a church in Gračanica (near Valjevo, Serbia), today kept in Museum of Valjevo. It is supposed that it is made in a workshop in Sremski Karlovci (near Novi Sad, then in Austria-Hungary).

The flag was used with a cravatte in colours of Serb tricolour (red-blue-white). It is supposed that it is made in a workshop in Sremski Karlovci (near Novi Sad, then in Austria-Hungary).
