The flag is diagonally divided in white and blue with a white emblem in blue field consisting of stylized triple mountain (Triglav) above an anchor and waves.

Until early 1990's the flag had five-pointed star in the white field.

The flag is diagonally divided in white and blue with a white emblem in blue field consisting of stylized triple mountain (Triglav) above an anchor and waves.

After the independence of Slovenia the star from the flag was dropped.

The flag is red with white initials NC. The company was active in Koper (Italian: Capodistria) bewteen two World Wars with 5 steamships.
