The flag of the president of Sabor (at the time when the flag was adopted full name was Hrvatski državni sabor, changed in 2000 to simple Hrvatski sabor) is red square with the grey oval bordered with yellow triple ornament containing the coat of arms and the initials RH in canton.

The flag of the prime minister is white square bordered blue (border width 1/20 of flag width) with the same oval emblem in canton as in the flag of the president of Sabor.

The flag of the minister of defence is red square bordered with tricolour border of squares (width of border 1/20 flag width) and with an emblem in the middle. The emblem is similar to the oval emblems on the flags of president of Sabor and prime minister, but instead of the initials of the Republic there is a yellow crossed sword and olive branch in saltire and letter M.

The flag of the chief of the General Staff is quartered in white, red, blue, and white quarters, with the emblem of the Croatian Armed Forces in the first field. The emblem is grey oval bordered with yellow triple ornament with an anchor, two crossed swords and winged emblem all superimposed by a shield containing the coat of arms of Croatia.
