The burgee is yellow with two horizontal blue stripes inbetween which is inscribed YC Jadro. Yellow and blue are colours from the coat of arms of Koper.

The burgee is green with white triangle at hoist containing the club initials. Green and white are civic colours of Ljubljana.

The burgee is white with verticaly golden stripe at hoist and at fly and near those fimbriated with white two blue stripes, one on each side. Between those a golden annulet (ring), i.e. letter O.

The burgee is horizontally divided white voer blue with a blue anchor in white field and white name of the club in the blue. Sidro in Slovenian means an anchor.
