The coat of arms of Lakšati is blue outlined shield gules on a fess argent inscribed the name of municipality azure, in chief a roundel blue with a cross or couped between four firesteels also or within an annulet of the second with two wheat ears or and in the base a fountain natural also azure. The flag is red with the coat of arms in the centre, prescribed in both horizontal and vertical variation. The wheat ears are said to represent the agriucultural wealth while the fountain represents the health and recreation tourism.
The 2010 decision introduced new standardization of the coat of arms (and indirectly, the flag) slightly changing the colour specifications and most notably, introducing a white ring behing the wheat ears in the arms.



Lopare

The lesser coat of arms of Lopare is argent a cross gules and overall on a disk gules bordered azure two eagles heads erased conjoined argent beaked and langued or. The medium arms has the shield topped with a silver mural crown without embattlements and set between two plumb branches above the municipality name in blue. The greater coat of arms includes supporters standing on a green compartment, dexter St. Peter Zimonjić (1866-1941), the Metropolitan of Dabrobosnian eparchy, in full archierean clothes holding a trikirion and dikirion (triple and double candlesticks) and a flag of Srpska with the coat of arms and sinister St. George clad as Roman soldier holding an upright sword and the flag of Lopare. Beneath is a ribbon argent inscribed Lopare azure. The flag is a square banner of arms.
Lopare also has a badge, the blue edged red disk with two heads as in the arms, to be used separately as a symbol.



Ljubinje

The flag of Ljubinje is blue with the coat of arms in its centre. Table flags are used in vertical format. A white table flag is also used.



Milići

The coat of arms of Milići is argent a chevron per chevron abased tenne and azure and in the former miners hammers issuant throughout of the first and in the chief also azure a label of the first. The reddish colour used is named in the blazon "dusky orange" and is intended to represent the colour of bauxite ore which is of primary importance to the local industry. The label in the chief represents a bridge, the miners hammers symbolize, of course, mining traditions. The blue chevron stands for the natural wealth of the municipality. The white field represents ecological pureness. The flag is not prescribed, but flags of the same "dusky orange" colour with the coat of arms in the centre are reported in use. It seems that the unusual orange shade is more often then not replaced by dark red.

The municipality of Milići was reestablished in 1992, after it has been part of Vlasenica since 1962.



Modriča

The coat of arms of Modriča is azure a roundel per fess top bordered with a demi cog wheel gules a ruined fort argent in front of mountains vert and skies or and azure an opened book argent and three bendlets wavy of the same in base, and in the chief or inscribed the name of the municipality of the first. The shield is topped with a stylized šajkača Serb military headgear azure ensigned with a cross couped or. The flag is not in use, but a vertical white flag with the coat of arms is reportedly used as table flag.

The coat of arms of Mrkonjić Grad is quartered by a cross argent gules a crown or, azure a triple mount of the second and in the base a lake of the first, also azure a hexafoil ornament of the first and of the second a demi millwheel issuant also or issuant from bars gemelles of the first. The crown is royal crfown of King Peter I Karađorđević, after whose nome de guree from the Bosnian uprising of 1875 the town was named in 1925. The triple mount represents surrounding mountains with the lake Balkana underneath. The hexafoil circular ornament is found in the local folk attires and carved in house tools. The mill wheel represents the development of industry and two bars stand for the streams draining into the Crna Rijeka. The flag is blue vertical flag with the coat of arms in its centre and the inscribed name of the municipality.

Note that the orthography of the name varies as Mrkonjić Grad and Mrkonjić-Grad, even within the same official gazette.



Nevesinje

The coat of arms of Nevesinje is a shield of celestial a snow toped mountain azure flanked with two hills of the same, in chief two rifles argent in slatire, in base an inescutheon gules a cross also argent between four firesteels of the same flanked with two oak branches proper. The shield is topped with a small Serbian tricolour (not mentioned in the official blazon) and a red ribbon inscribed with the name of the municipality. The snowcovered mountain is Velež. The rifles remind to the "Rifle of Nevesinje", the name given to the begining of the of the 1875 Bosnian uprising against Ottomans, resulting eventually in the Berlin Congress of 1878 granting independence to Serbia and Montenegro and Austrian-Hungarian occupation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The flag is blue with a light blue stripe along the bottom, the golden depction of Velež and surrounding hills with symbol of an old town in it and in the top a golden rifle.



Novi Grad

The coat of arms of Novi Grad is divided by bars gemelles from the flanks embowed and intersecting in the chief azure inscribed the name of municiplaity argent over the arms of Srpska and in the base argent a bridge azure over bars gemelles wavy of the same. Variations in use include the design with top part whit with blue inscription and (probably newer) design with the arms of Srpska omitted. The flag is not prescribed, a vertical white table flag with the arms offset to base is recorded in use.

Until 1992 the municipality name was Bosanski Novi.



Novo Goražde

The coat of arms of Novo Goražde is a black outlined shield trierced per bend sinistre gules, azure and argent, overall three rings topped with a cross over three wavy lines voided couped all sable, in the chief the name of municipality and in the base on a voided black ribbon years 1444 - 1994. Over the shield a stylized red civic crown. A flag is not reported in use.

The municipality was established in 1994 from parts of the former municipality of Goražde, initially named Srpsko Goražde. In 2004 renamed to Ustiprača and since 2005 under the current name.
