Some web sites display the alledged coat of arms of Osmaci trierced gules-azure-argent overall a mount vert issuant from the base with a winding stream also azure and a sun issuant, crowned with silver masoned crown without embattlements and a red ribbon inscirbed the community name in Cyrillic and Latin script. The status of the arms is unknown.
The municipality of Osmaci is formed from the parts of the previous municipality of Kalesija that was incorporated in Srpska.

The coat of arms of Oštra Luka is blue bordered white shield, in the blue base white double wavy line (for Sana river) and a bridge, in the centre between two yellow mountains on a green hill three wheat ears entering the chief trierced into red.blue-white. Above the shield a blue ribbon inscribed white with the name of the municipality. A flag is not prescribed or reported.
The municipality was established in 1992 from parts of the former municipality of Sanski Most, initially named Srpski Sanski Most. Since 2004 renamed to Oštra Luka.

The coat of arms of Pale is azure a castle argent, in the chief gules a snowflake cross (a cross ragully) of the second and the base dancety of the same inscribed with the name of the municipality. The Statutes describe it simply as shield shaped in the three colours of the Srpska flag. The flag is not prescribed, but vertical white flags with the coat of arms offset to base are used.
The Pale municipality is part of the City of Istočno Sarajevo.

The coat of arms of Pelagićevo is per fess celeste a sun or issuant rayonny throughout and azure an Orthodox chruch tower or issuant and overall a fess tierced gules, celeste and argent. Above the shield is the name of municipality inscribed in blue. The sun represents enlightenment (in reference to Pelagić), life and natual wealth, the yellow colour represents wheat, the tricolour stands for the affiliation to Srpska, the blue base represents the two lakes in the municipality, and the chuch tower stands for the national and religious identity. The flag is not prescribed nor used.
The municipality was established in 1992 from parts of the former municipality of Gradačac. The name of the town Gornji Žabar was changed to Pelagićevo in 1970 after the Serb philosopher, professor and physician Vaso Pelagić (1833-1899) who was born there.

The lesser coat of arms of Petrovac is gules a horse rampant or surrounded with three edelweiss flowers proper. The middle arms is topped with a simple masoned silver crown without embattlements, and includes a golden ribbon with the name of the municipality. The greater arms includes also supporters standing on a mountainous compartment with coniferous trees and snow topped peaks, two winged oxes segreant or, dexter holding the flag of Srpska, sinister the flag of Petrovac. The flag is per pale gules and azure overall an edelweiss flower proper.
The municipality of Petrovac is formed from the parts of the previous municipality of Bosanski Petrovac that was incorporated in Srpska.

The coat of arms of Petrovo is a shield topped with a tricolour ribbon inscribed the municipality name from which it is raising a double headed eagle with a crown. The shield includes depcition of the St. Nicolas monastery at Ozren, over a tricolour ribbon inscribed in three rows "Ozren/the land of/Nemanjić's" and underneat a selection of characteristics of the municipality: Ozren mountains, woods, mineral wealth, thermomineral springs "and other richness" as well as wheat ears. The municiplaity uses the design in several variations.
The municipality was established in 1993 from parts of the former municipalities of Gračanica and Maglaj. The name of the seat of administration prior to 1992 was Bosansko Petrovo Selo.

The coat of arms of Prijedor is a blue bordered shield divided with a fess azure top enarched bottom wavy into gules a five rayed sun argent and argent two letters P addorsed sable.The blue form represents the Kozara mountain and the Sava river. The letter P stands for Prijedor. The sun emblem is said to represent also the Kozara World War II monument on Mrakovica from the top. The design is virtually the same as the pre-1990's arms, with the colours of the top field inverted, making the colours of Srpska tricolour. The flag is not prescribed.
With the adoption of this design, the initiative to change the sun emblem into a side view of the Kozara monument was adopted, but the procedure for that change is waiting for the permission by the sucessors of the monument designer Dušan Džamonja.

The coat of arms of Prijedor from 1990's was identical to the corrent one, but instead of the sun emblem there was a golden cross with four firesteels. While the cross was clearly described as golden in the decision, often it is shown white. The letters P were sometimes shown blue, instead of prescribed black. The flag was not prescribed, but a pale blue flag with the coat of arms and the name of the city inscribed black beneath it in Cyrillic and Latin script was recorded in use.

The coat of arms adopted prior 1990 included similar elements as the current one, but the top part was white with the red five-rayed sun. No flag was recorded.

The coat of arms of Prnjavor is a fess or dividing it in chief celestial a mountain azure and azure three wavy bendlets celestial and overall a garb or between two horse shoe of the same to dexter and sinister and a Greek cross bottony also or in chief and a fountain natural sable issuing water celestial in base The shield is set on a shield-like golden edged red cartouche, inscribed the golden municipal name above. No flag is prescribed, but a five-pointed table flag, white with the coat of arms, is used.
