The positional flag of members of the High Defence Council is square national tricolour with the coat of arms set in the middle.


Minister of Defence

The positional flag of Federal Defence Minister is square national tricolour with the emblem of the Yugoslav Army in the middle. The emblem consists of white double-headed eagle with spread wings surrounded with a golden laurel and oak branches and in base a ribbon of Yugoslav tricolour with two ends in Serbian and Montenegrin tricolours and two crossed swords.


General

The positional flag of a general is square white flag with borders consisting of tricolour bars with the emblem of general in the middle. The emblem is similar to the emblem of the Yugoslav Army, but the branches are both oak branches and they have richer leaves.
