The coat of arms of Breza is azure on a birch leaf vert a segmented collumn with capitel and a part of a 'stećak' [standing tombstone] sable lined argent, in chief dexter notched with a crescent or ensigned with two hammers sable in saltire. The birch leaf symbolize the name of the municipality, the collumn is from the 5th century ruins, the hammers symbolize the mining industry that is the base of the modern development. A table flag is in use, a white vertical flag with the coat of arms offset towards the bottom.

The coat of arms of Doboj Jug is black bordered white shield with golden fleur-de-lis above a V-shaped road between green mountain sloped formin a valley, above a black pilared bridge over two blue rivers. The flag is apparently not adopted, but a white flag with the coat of arms in the centre is recorded in use.

The coat of arms is in form of a black stečak, a form of mediaval grave monuments found in the region. The white fluer-de-lis ornament in the base is also from the same source. The black field contains white mining shaft with blue base with four white wavy lines topped with a red crannelation and a green roof. The flag in use, which is apparently not formally adopted, is white vertical flag in different ratios, with the coat of arms in its centre.



Maglaj

The emblem used by Maglaj pictures the city silhuette with the year 1408 over a stylized M shape, symbolizing also the paper industry which is important in Maglaj. There is no flag in use, but white vertical table flags with the emblem in the centre are recorded.



Olovo

The coat of arms of Olovo depicts the confluence of the rivers Bioštica and Stupčanica forming the Krivaja henceforward. The year 1382 is when the city was first mentioned in documents, under the latin name Plumbum (meaning "lead", just as the current name does), after the mining production there. No flag is reported.



Tešanj

The coat of arms of Tešanj is yellow with a green outlines of the old city with the clock-tower and the minaret, a yellow wavy line below it and an open white book in the base. The flag is apparently not prescribed, but a white flag with the coat of arms in its centre is used.

The originally adopted coat of arms had the shield with more pronounced angles in the base, but recently a version with the shape of three simple arcs is used and formally prescribed.

The coat of arms of Usora is per fess azure and or five bezants argent on a chevron inverted counterchanged, and in the chief inscribed 1225 in a quadrant argent between a chequy 5×5 gules and argent on each side and in base of it. The flag is apparently not adopted.

The coat of arms of Vareš depicts in a white shield a red skyline in the chief, a gray fort and a bridge over two hammers in saltire between four (2-2) mullets of five or an a green base. The fort represents the old city Bobovac, the hammers stands for the mining tradition that reached to the pre-Roman period. The flag is apparently not used.



Visoko

The coat of arms of Visoko is vert a castle embatteled argent ensigned with a felur-de-lis crown or and in base a mullet of eight gules between five stripes (2 and 3) azure couped forming a chevron inverted embowed. The castle represent symbolically several medieval sites where the seats of the Bosnian Kingdom was, the latter shown by the crown. The blue stripes are forming letter V for Visoko. The flag is white with the coat of arms in its centre. Both horizontal and vertical version match the prescription and both were reported in use.

The coat of arms of Zavidovići is per fess azure a trukless fir tree vert in a pile or and vert a three arched bridge also or from which is flowing in pale a conjoined river azure with waves or. The vertical flag is white with the coat of arms in the centre of it and the name of municipality inscribed underneath. The horizontal flag of green as well as orange with the coat of arms in the centre are also reported in use in the same time.

The coat of arms of Zenica pictures the river Bosna flowing along the right edge of the shield and curving along it. Two lines crossing it in base symbolise communication. There are four elements in circular medallions. The first one pictures the old fort Vranduk, the seat of Bosnian kings and house of did (patriarch of Bosnian pataren religion: bogumili). Second medallion pictures a cross, one as it is found on a monument of Kulin-ban, also symbolizing the Christianity. The third symbol in clockwise order is a crescent, symbolizing Islam and Turkish period, and fourth contains two crossed hammers, symbolizing mining industry as well as, indirectly, the Austrian-Hungarian period. The flag is white, with the coat of arms set in the middle. The vertical version is the only one prescribed.

The coat of arms previously used by Zenica is red with a white base, overall goden outlined black bringe from which it is issuing an ironworks factory also black outlined golden and a golden outlined red five-pointed star. In the base there is a wavy golden line interrupted in the cnetre with two hammers in saltire.



Žepče

The coat of arms of Žepče is celeste a sun or in the base fimbriated with five wavy azure and argent lines vert the year 1458 inscribed or and in the chief gules triple wattle ornament argent fimbriated sable. The flag is dark blue with the coat of arms in its centre and a thin yellow border along the edges.
