The flag of the President is a white square bordered with border in national tricolour with the coat of arms in the middle. Width of the border is 1/8 of the flag hoist (i.e. each colour is 1/24 wide), while the coat of arms is 1/3 of the hoist high.

The flag of the President of Državni zbor is a red square with blue border and the coat of arms in the middle. The border is 1/8 of the hoist and the coat of arms is 1/3 of the hoist high.

The flag of the Prime Minister (president of the Government) is the same as the flag of the president of the Parliament, but with the field and border colours inverted.

The flag of the Minister of Defence is of the same layout as the flag of the president of the Parliament, but with the emblem of Slovenian Army in place of the coat of arms. The emblem is a roundel topped with the triple mountain coloured in the colours of Slovenian tricolour set over two yellow swords in saltire.

The flag of the Chief of Staff is equal to the flag of the Minister of Defence, but with the colours of the field and the border interchanged.
