Description of arms: Znak stranke je: tri diagonalno postavljena kvadrata crvene, bijele i tamno plave boje u odnosu na natpis HGI koji je svijetlo plave boje. (Čl. 5, Statut, 2003.)
Description of flag: Zastava stranke je trobojna i sastoji se: iz gornjeg crvenog, srednjeg bijelog i donjeg tamno plavog polja, pravokutnog oblika dimenzija: 200 × 100 cm. U bijelom polju piše velikim zlatnim slovima HGI. (Čl. 5, Statut, 2003.)

The party representing interest of Croats in Montenegro uses a red, white and blue tricolour with golden initials HGI in the centre. Besides this, a yellow gonfalon was in use, depcting a blue contour of Montenegro with the location of Tivat indicated with a red dot, in the centre of the map a white dove of peace, above the initials HGI, each in one of the national colours, part of the letter H chquered red-white, below the full name inscribed blue with the initials in the national colours. The gonfalon status in unclear, but might not be in use any more since 2003.
