The coat of arms of Teslić is argent from a base azure issuant a pale gules conjoined with the chief of the same between two factory chimneys proper. The escutcheon is set on the breasts of a white double headed eagle displayed crowned proper raising behind two green snow-covered mountains and the base light blue all surrounded with two oak branches proper and a tricolour ribbon under which is inscribed the name of municipality. The design is based on the previously used coat of arms. A flag is not prescribed nor recorded in use.

The coat of arms of Teslić used prior to 1990's included the initial T between two chimneys raising from mountains and a bowl representing mineral spas, with a five-pointed star and a ribbon inscribed with the municipal name. The colours of the emblem are unknown.



Trebinje

The coat of arms of Trebinje is gules a cross argent between two birds of the same ornamented azure in the chief and from a base azure with three barrulets of the second a tower issuant also argent masoned azure. The shield is topped with a simple mural crown with three embattlements or, underneath a vine branch also or over a ribbon gules inscribed with the city name argent. Supporters two lions rampant argent outlined azure dexter and gules sinister. The flag is light blue with the crowned shield from the coat of arms (i.e. the lesser coat of arms) in its centre.

The coat of arms of Trnovo (RS) is a golden outlined shield topped with a fleury crown, quartered with a cross gules fimbriated or, in the first under the swon topped mountains azure a fir tree also azure a birch and a cypress tree vert, in the second a woman in black traditional costume standing on a ground vert, in the third argent a waterfall azure and in the fourth azure a coal digger wheel (?) argent issuant from the dexter chief. On a red ribbon under the shield inscribed the community name.

The lesser arms of Ugljevik is per saltire or a winged bull gules, vert an oak branch or, vert a plumb branch or and sable two hammers in saltire. The middle arms has the shield within a wreath of an oak and a plumb branches proper, topped with a masoned silver crown without embattlements and the municipal name inscribed in the base. The greater arms has the shield with the same crown with supporters dexter Filip Višnjić in folk attire holding a folk lute (gusle) next to his leg and the flag of Srpska and sinister a miner in ceremonial uniform with a helmet holding a mallet next to his leg and the flag of Ugljevik, standing on a grassy compartment with a rock with a masoned mine shaft gates.
The flag of Ugljevik is a blue wavy bar between three black diamonds on a white field. The diamonds represent coal, after which the town is named and that is the traditional industry in the region.

The coat of arms of Ugljevik used previously depicts a railway, the Janja river, "oak leaves", hills, electric power column, the "working youth" (girl and boy) and the monument to the fighters of Srijem and East Bosnia in Donja Trnova.



Višegrad

The coat of arms of Višegrad is a light blue shield with the ochre Mehmed-Pasha Sokolović Bridge from which is its raising the white portal of the Dobrun monastery between two blue mountains and in the base over two blue bars wavy, top wider then the bottom, the inescutcheon gules four yellow fire-steels. The shield top is formed as three towers with embattlements. The towers represent the medieval fortress of Pavlović, the foundation of the city. The mountains in their stylized form make a canyon bridged with the famous brige (1571). The two rivers represented are Rzav (lesser) and Drina (bigger). The shield with four fire-steels is stated to be symbol of catholic (i.e. universal) principle (one of the four marks of the Church, in Serbian sabornost, from the Nicene Creed, not to be confuzed with the word [Roman]Catholic, having the same word origin). A white vertical flag with the coat of arms in the centre is reported in use, although it is not formally prescribed. Several variants of the table flag is in use, with a ribbon beneath the shield inscribed with the municipality name, with variations in colouring of some elements.



Vlasenica

The coat of arms of Vlasenica depicts the Birač mountain over two flags of Srpska, a semi circular saw with a blue disk from which is raising the monasterly of St. Peter and Paul the Apostles, between a blue outlined white leaf and a Serbian spruce (Lat. Picea omorika, Srb. Pančićeva omorika), above a white stripe inscribed with the municipal name over a red one ensigned with a Latin cross bottony issuant. The flag in use is a white vertical flag with the coat of arms in the bottom.
The coat of arms is nearly identical with Sokolac.



Vukosavlje

The coat of arms of Vukosavlje depicts the Vučjak mountain, fields, waterfalls and the Dobor-kula tower. The flag is red with the coat of arms in the centre. Table flag of the same design is also recorded in use.

The Vukosavlje municipality was formed from the parts of previous municipality of Odžak to which parts previously belonging to Modriča were added. The seat of administration previously named Jakeš (in Modriča municipality) was renamed to Vukosavlje.



Zvornik

The coat of arms of Zvornik is white bordered shield quartered with a white cross, azure a bell argent ensigned with a cross and four letters S sable, gules a masoned roofed tower argent, gules a wolf's head erased argent and azure barry invected argent. Above the shiled the name of municipality in inscribed over the year 1410. The year designates the first mention of the town in documents, the bell cants the original name meaning 'belfry' (Srp. Zvonik), the tower represents the old fortress of Đurđev grad. For the wolf's head it is stated that it symbolizes centuries long pursuit of people for freedom. The wavy lines symbolize the Drina river.
The flag is white with the coat of arms in the centre and the blue full name of the municipality inscribed underneath. Horizontal flag is prescribed, but vertical flag is also allowed in centrain circumstances.
