The FAME is site devoted to systematic and scientific study of flags and coats of arms. Such symbols often bear strong political and other messages. Inclusion of those symbols here does not mean that the author support or approve the ideas they may stand for.

On 31st December 2004 The FAME consisted of 247 HTML pages for each language it is available in (English and Croatian), on which were presented 1 417 items, illustrated with 2 162 images, and yet another 511 unilustrated and untreated items. The size of images was 14 859 870 bytes, while the total size of archive was 22 406 711 bytes.

On 1st January 2004 The FAME consisted of 230 HTML pages for each language it is available in (English and Croatian), on which were presented 1 227 items, illustrated with 1 858 images, and yet another 518 unilustrated and untreated items. The size of images was 12 171 246 bytes, while the total size of archive was 18 752 179 bytes.
The FAME pages were officially opened on 3rd July 1996.
